We are Accepting New Dog and Cat Patients. If you are new to the area or have a friend or previous Vet that can recommended you please call and we will be happy to have you join our practice. We work by appointment so that everyone gets the right amount of time to perform the procedure(s) required. Please recognize we do our best to accommodate your schedule however our top priority is to treat our established clients and sick patients. When we are very busy we do not accept new clients you will then be asked you if you want to be on a waiting list or suggest you try another hospital. Please do not take offence and leave a poor rating when you have not been accepted as a client we do our very best to treat our patients first and they will always be our top priority.
Established in 2003, our small animal hospital provides excellent veterinary care for dogs and cats. The small animal hospital is fully equipped with surgery, X-ray, dentistry, emergency suites, treatment area, pharmacy and hospitalization area. We have two large exam rooms and our reception area is true to our country setting with a lovely wood burning fireplace and a relaxed atmosphere. We schedule extended appointments with plenty of time for individual care. We work with you to ensure your pet receives the necessary care and will take the time to discuss your concerns.
Our patients can’t get through the door fast enough – the treat jar is always full and we strive to make their visits enjoyable and comfortable. The window in the exam room allows our patients a view of a beautiful butterfly garden and our lovely country side and the extra large window sill provides a spot for our feline patients to sit and get comfortable. Even the most nervous patients benefit from the view.
We provide house call services for our established clients only. Multiple pet households or pets that don’t travel well can enjoy the convenience of a home visit. Unlike house call only practices we are also a full service hospital. When your pet’s care requires hospitalization or surgery we will be happy to provide those services as well.
Most of our clients are referred to our practice by friends, family or other veterinarians, however, If you are new to the area and do not have a referral please feel free to call and we will be happy to discuss your needs. We recommend that all patients have an annual exam with vaccines and health care protocols established based on your pet’s exposure and risk. We provide honest assessments and our prices are competitive. Treatment protocols are established with you and your pet’s best interest in mind.
